I particularly appreciated the complimentary mineral water bottles in the room, a small but thoughtful touch. The location adjacent to Galaxy Mall adds to the convenience, and the staff, including Kailash ji from the restaurant, are professional and friendly. Plus, the breakfast served is delicious, offering a decent variety of options.

I recently had a wonderful stay in a brand new hotel adjacent to Galaxy Mall. The prices were very reasonable and it was definitely value for money. The staff at the hotel was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, they made sure that I felt welcome and taken care of. The basic amenities in the rooms were great, and I appreciated the complimentary mineral water bottles that were kept immaculately clean. The breakfast each morning was delicious and had a nice variety of options. Additionally, the location of the hotel next to Galaxy Mall provided a happening ambience which was a bonus.

Staying in Asansol, we stumbled upon a great hotel located right next to a mall. the location offered convenience in accessing the mall facilities, food options outside, and easy transportation. the staff was kind and welcoming, with Kailash Ji from the restaurant providing exceptional service. In terms of the room, it was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast spread was varied, well-prepared, and had a lot of options.

The hotel could improve on their hidden costs and hidden fees so that customers won't feel cheated.

It was all superb.

The food was really delicious with lots of options to choose from and the service was great. The location was very convenient and we enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. Besides, the room was clean and comfortable.

The facilities were not up to the mark. The room was small and the bathroom was not that clean. There were no rugs available which made the floor slippery and unsafe. Also, we didn't find a thrash bin in the toilet which was quite inconvenient. Despite these, we had an overall average experience.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was right next to a mall and near a stadium open area. It was so convenient for some shopping and catching a movie. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay feel like a home away from home. The rooms were kept immaculately clean and I appreciated the complimentary mineral water bottles. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a great selection to choose from.

Good location near a shopping mall and clean and modern facilities. the suite was spacious with comfortable bedding and the staff responded quickly to requests for amenities like hairdryers and ironing boards. the breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of options to choose from and well prepared.

The lack of daylight inside the room was disappointing as the only window overlooked the mall. the staff at reception were not friendly or welcoming which made checking in and out less than pleasant.
